is that jacket a little baggy in the forearm area or is that just the picture?

IMO the MA-1 is just too large even when factoring that they should fit a little puffy. It almost looks like a cheap costume prop in the nicest way.

I think it being so large is really cool. It's obvious the oversized was intentional and it gives the outfits interesting proportions.
