Dude, hair, beard, beautiful shirt, olive chinos, RW's? Really looks good man. Not sure how much the wrists of your shirt are flairing though. When I do that with mine they spread like crazy. Maybe button the first button (down the wrist) and fold the cuffs back once or twice?
